How It Works
1. Schedule Your Move
You tell us when and where you want your stuff delivered.
2. Pack Your Container
Then, we will deliver a container to your door, which you then pack at your convenience. Then, you lock your container with your own padlock.
3. Accept Delivery
Once you’re finished, we collect your locked container and ship it to your new address, where you unlock and unpack yourself. EASY!

You hold the key to your container. We can’t access your belongings, so rest assured the only people to touch your stuff is you! This ensures your precious items, family heirlooms and personal items are always secure and there is no chance of a random carton being misplaced.
Easy Access
When we deliver your container, it will be placed on the ground for easy access. Therefore, no lifting into trailers, vans or on the back of pans! It’ll save you money, energy and risk of accidents or breakage.
What Is Included?
We include ALL transport costs based on the information you provide us, so the more accurate you can be with your origin and destination address the less likelihood there is of any budget blowouts and costly surprises. 30 days FREE hire of the shipping container. Peace of mind knowing that your move will be made as stress-free as we can possibly make it for you. What’s Not Included?
- Sweaty removal guys, hard to deal with call centres and customer service operators.
- Insurance – we recommend you use your own insurance provider to make sure that if anything does go wrong during transit your contents are covered. We can however arrange insurance on your behalf at an additional cost.
- Packing materials are not included in the cost, but we can provide all your supplies from our Alice Springs depot.
- Additional container hire over the initial 30 days. This is charged at a daily rate.
- Container storage costs. If you require us to hold your container prior to delivery, a daily storage fee would apply.
- Council permits if required. You would need to investigate this with your local councils at both the origin and destination locations.
